Computer freezes when watching video/webcam

Occasionally when I am watching streaming video or using google video chat, my computer freezes and becomes unresponsive. My only option is to hard shutdown/reset. I've replaced the PSU, and I can run Prime95, Furmark, and games without any issue. What could be the issue?
My specs are
1055t X6
Gigabyte GA770TUSB3
4GB RAM
OCZ 780W PSU
Gigabyte GTX 560 TI SOC
64 GB SSD
500 GB

Also I have monitored the temps on HWMonitor. My idle CPU temp is about 25, full load is 40-45 GPU temps when watching video are around 55, TF2 around 65
