Approximate Purchase Date: December of this year. Ill be 100% debt free :) !!!!!

Budget Range: 600-800 US$ I would like to stay under 700 but if it cant be helped 800 is the cap of the spending.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: This PC will be doing everything from gaming to streaming a live podcast to streaming my gaming/eSports casting or community events to capturing video and rendering it.

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Monitor, Video card(GTX 460, not SE or OC)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any trusted site :)  I live in the US and mainly have use newegg over the years but any site that is trusted and has good deals Ill use them as well.

Country: USA, Ohio (I hope its asked where the PC will be build, in my office most likely)

Parts Preferences: ANY, I always will take performance over look/price

Overclocking: Maybe, not the biggest fan of OCing but if I can I will.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, this will depend on if you all think I need a new video card or I can just SLI another GTX460 with my current one

Monitor Resolution: My current monitor can only go to 1650x1080 if I where to get a new monitor I would go the full 1920x1080.

Additional Comments: I have a power supply but I do not know the model number :(  I do know that It is around 700-800 watz. If it is something that I need to post I will do so when I get off work.

I have had my current PC for about 7 years now and The CPU, mobo, and ram are old. I am running the first AMD quad core so I am a little behind the pack when it comes to CPUs. RAM is DDR2.

I do a lot of video capture with fraps and all my rendering/editing is done via Adobe. I do a podcast each week and I will be getting this mic( http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Samson+-+Studio+USB+Condens... ) soon. So the sound card I would like good but it doesn't have to be anything fancy.

Well you can get a really nice pc with that budget.
