800$ budget desktop

Hey all,
need some help here:

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: couple of weeks

BUDGET RANGE: $750-800$

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: average gaming. home use, but especially for watching HD movies.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: I buy it from stores in my country.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: ISRAEL

PARTS PREFERENCES: an i5 ivy bridge processor, 1TB hard drive, usb 3.0. (INTEL, NVIDIA).

OVERCLOCKING: No

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1080p

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

I guess i want something that just - worth the price. i really dont need more than what i wrote above.
in the future i would buy an HDTV and i want to stream FULL HD movies from the computer to it .

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 - $249.99

Total: $900.92

A little over budget but you get a really killer GPU. If you want to stay under $800 get the Radeon 6870 instead.
