Upgrade to i3 2120, 4gb ram, gt 440

I'v just ordered some parts to upgrade my old system amd xp 2500+ on asus a7v8x-x with 2gb ram and geforce FX5200. (ye very old system but i love it as it has never given me probs and it was the 1st ever build i did.) This build did everything i needed and even plays wow cata at about 15 - 20 fps (only game i play), but i need a upgrade now so i can play D3.

ok, here is what iv ordered.
1. NOVATECH MOTHERBOARD BUNDLE - INTEL CORE I3 2120 - 4GB DDR3 1333MHZ - INTEL H61 CHIPSET MOTHERBOARD ( motherboard is Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV)
2. KFA2 GEFORCE GT 440 1024MB GDDR3

I have a case, sata drive and PSU.

i know the case and HDD aint a problem. but will i be able to use the same psu? PSU is 500w and is working fine

What brand is the ps, and what is the 12v rail in amps?

You should be fine with your current ps. I wouldn't overclock the video with it; looks like a low end model that's not 80 plus certified.

not thinking about oc, not much of a gamer as long as it plays D3, i know WOW will be ok with it.
