Sapphire Radeon HD6850 Benchmark

This is the benchmark I got from the Unigine benchmark program. Any comments? I would have thought it would be better. Any ideas how to get more out of it?

I'm not familiar with that benchmarking program, but you shouldn't rely on benchmarks alone. Look at you specific gaming experience.

However, you could unlock your 6850 to a 6870. You won't get 6870 performance but it might get a few higher benchmarking results.

It seems you are benching with everything maxed. This seems about right to me as it's a little lower than i get on my 6870. (drop settings like tess and AA lower and you should see a better score and solid framerate)

6850 unlocks? not the last time i checked. You must be talking about the 6950 and 6970. An unlocked 6950 at the same clocks as the 6970 will perform identical to the 6970.

Yes, you are correct. Sorry, my brain reacted faster than my eyes. You could overclock that GPU.

Go here, use those settings, if you perform way lower than 700 at the settings that forum uses, then you may have a problem. My 6870 gets 1002 at the settings on that forum.
