Thanks for the changes. I am not sure how an integrated graphic card effects the overall pc. if someone would care to explain

It will allow for better visuals and better gaming performance by a long shot.

Of course they do. Any change in a monitor's res will require the GPU to work harder to render the extra pixels; however, it doesn't matter if your GPU is a powerful card like the GTX 670 or the Radeon 7950 and above.
