i have a laptop acer aspire 5253-BZ602 AMD E350,AMD radeon HD 6310,2GB DDR3,250GB HDD,it's posible to change these graphics into higher?

If you have a discrete card now then you can take it out and get a better one , if the laptop only has intergrated and no seperate slot to add a card then you can't .
