Ok so my Problem is i was running 2 x GIGABYTE GV-N285UD-1GH GeForce GTX 285 for my video and bottom line due to my own dumbness a power failure one day while i was gone had toasted both of the cards, guessing due to the high load they were under when the power died. i do have a UPS but the battery went bad 3 weeks prior.

So what im really asking is what would be my best route these days for video graphics, as of right now i can see forking out around 300$ a piece up to 500$ while right now im only purchasing one.
Planning on running Dual SLI at the minimum with the exact same card.

Which of the graphics cards on the market do you think would suit my needs the best.

My Pc is used mostly for gaming(atm most played is eve online and MW3), but im a hardcore multitasker i will play a game and probably have visual studio running and bunchs of other things.
