Advice on SLI/ CROSSFIRE selection with gaming build

After some advice to change my processor to an ivy bridge, I reconstructed my build. If you guys could check for compatibility and help me select two GPUs that would be great.

Buying this weekend.

SLI : yes
Overclocking: no
Parts not needed: monitor, I have a 37" LCD
Budget: $1000-$1250 give or take a few bucks
Use: gaming

*i have two different graphics cards on my wish list. I don't know which one of these will be best. I am also open to other video cards that I have not listed.

Go with the 7850 - it's newer and uses 1/2 the power that the 560TI does.

Yeah probably get 750 just to be on the safe side - all the 78XX, 79XX, and NVIDIA 6XX GPUs are far more energy efficient than previous generations - you won't need a monster power supply to run a multiple GPU setup anymore.
