How do i download photos from my cell phone to my pc

samsung admire pics to laptop ,,,I have USB hooked up phone to laptop and the micro SD is plugged into latop.

If the micro SD is plugged into the laptop you shouldn't have to plug the phone in to. If your micro SD connected you should be able to see it in Windows Explorer. To get to Windows Explorer right click on the windows start button and click on "open windows explorer," then click on the button labeled "computer" in the left side bar. You should then see your SD card there. Open up the SD card, find your photos and copy or click and drag them to were ever you want. Hope this helped
