Gtx 275 graphical errors

Hello everyone, I have a few questions. I've recently had to downgrade my video card from a GTX 460 to a GTX 275, since the 460 just went out, and pretty much, no matter what game I play, on whatever setting, I get really severe graphical errors, like flickering, artifacts, or models straight up disappearing.
Does anyone know what I can do to stop this from happening, at least until my new card comes in?

Have you tried doing a clean install of your drivers?

I have done everything I can. Honestly, I was just trying to get it up and running long enough to wait for a DIFFERENT NVIDIA card to be replaced by EVGA. After all this, I think that I'm going to run the replacement into the ground, and then go back to ATI. I've had nothing BUT issues with NVIDIA for the last 2 years.
