2nd the extra ram. Everything else looks alright. Could drop down to the ax650 but i'd stay with the 750 personally. You never know what you'll get in the future.

Ram
Is It Worth Sticking With Crucial Ballistix Sport, 2 kits of 8GB (2x4) Or Go For 16GB 4pcs kit? Or Any Ram 16GB You Can recommend?

Many Thanks

Doesn't matter if it 2x (2x4gb) or 1x (4x4gb) as long as you make sure they are all the same type.
Z77's pretty much have more usb 3.0's and pci-e 3.0 which you can't use on account of the 2500k.
You could consider the sabertooth if you can stand the colour. very good mobo.

Im Going For:

Motherboard:
Asus P8Z77-V PRO

&

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance Blue 16GB (4x4GB) 1600MHz CL9 DDR3
(Will I Have Any Probs With Corsair Vengeance, Fitting With Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus)

Just Looking into SSD's Now Do I Really Need One?

Don't think the ram will touch the CPU fan. If you are extremely worried, just look for low profile.
SSDs are not needed, however they boot Windows faster than a SATA drive. They also improve loading times on games, but with the price of SSDs currently, I suggest only putting MMOs on SSDs.

I Would Like To Use The Ram As It Match's The Mobo lol
I Just Have To Search Around To See Anyone Had's Any Probs With The Cooler, I Saw On Another Forum Xigmatek Gaia SD1283 Should Fit And It's Cheaper =)
Also I Do Want a SSD Its Just The Price -_-

Just buy a cheap 60gb for the moment then and just wait until the prices come down before buying another.
Also Kingston HyperX Genesis is good, blue and low profile.
