Help mee!!!

Hello,
i cant play any of my games in steam because of graphic error message and when i play wow it says wow was unable to start up 3D acceleration. please make sure directX 9.0c is installed and ur video drivers are up to-date
i updated , disconnected and reconnect and formated and intsalled directX and still the same when i play minecraft some times it says bad video drivers and no gl mode but mines up to date i have a gtx 580 asus

i have like the same problem after a fresh reinstall of windows 7 run dxdiag and in the display tab look at the direct x features and see if they are available my ar not and i 'm stuck here i don't know what to do
