Can you remember what you were doing before the desk top switched sides. I believe it is in the task bar at the bottom that you can switch it back or just leave it where it is.

I like all my stuff on the left side anyways. It will not harm anything on your PC if that is what this is about. Or do like above stated just click and drag them back. I hope this has helped you and good luck.
