I am just wondering if this system (mainly graphics card) will be able to put out 60+ fps in BF3 in max ultra settings.

The build as of now is the following:
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
Intel Core i5 3570K
Corsair Hydro Series H100
Patriot Viper Xtreme 8GB (2x4GB)
Intel 520 Series 60GB 2.5" SATA3 6GB/s 25nm SSD
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 64MB Cache SATA3
ASUS DRW-24B3ST 24X DVD Writer SATA
Sapphire Radeon HD7950 OC 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E3.0 <------- Is this good enough for 60+ fps in BF3 in ultra
Corsair Carbide Series 500R Black
Corsair TX750M
ASUS VS239H 23" IPS 5ms Monitor
Microsoft Windows 7 OEM Home Premium 64Bit

Total Cost: $1993.20 USD

Solution
The 7950 will be fine in BF3 with maxed settings. However, you can save some cash in your PSU by downgrading it to a 600-650W.

Pfft. You can do better than that.

Intel Desktop Board D815EEA2 ATX - Socket 370
Pentium III 1.4 Ghz
Kingston 256 MB SDRAM
4 GB IDE HDD
Nvidia TNT Pro 16 MB AGP
Windows 95

In all seriousness, though, your build will be more than adequate for HD @ 60 fps. An SSD could only be a cherry on top.
