Budget Range: $800
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, CAD, Internet, wordprocessor
Parts Not Required: speaker, mouse keyboard
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: amazon.com(prime member) but will do newegg
Country: USA
Parts Preferences: none
Overclocking: yes(although i am new to it)
SLI or Crossfire: maybe(never really looked into it)
Monitor Resolution: not too important for me, maybe 1920x1080 but not definite
Additional Comments: i am not currently into huge GPU demanding games right now but i want to be able to expand in the future.
OS: windows(not sure which)

thinking about using
i5-2310
but it is still not definite

any guidance or direction would be helpful. im open to pretty much everything at the moment.
oh and dont include the price of the auxiliary part in the total(ie monitor and OS)
also i dont really think there is a need for additional GPU if i have a decent processor but still open to anything

With the monitor, you'd go a little over budget, but you could downgrade some stuff in the build.
