There's very little difference in price for a DVD Burner and just a plain DVD Drive.
Might as well go for the burner in case you do need to burn a DVD at some point.

Other than that, very nice build.

Yeah, no need for those 4 fans. The 500r has great cooling and has a 3 way switch to control all the fan speeds already. There is really no need for 16GB unless your doing a lot of movie editing. You also might want to consider low profile RAM to make sure your 212 EVO will fit properly.
