We are researching the “not connected to the internet” error to find a solution.
We would suggest that you do the following using your Internet Explorer browser.
Click on Tools in the upper right hand corner of the screen (below the X).
Click on Internet Options.
Click on the Advanced tab at the top right.
Click on the Restore advanced settings button.
Click on the Apply button.
Close Internet Explorer.
Restart your computer.
Try running Smilebox again.
