BUDGET! Pc build to run bf3

Hello, I am wonting to be build a pc for the first time I have never played games on pc before. I only play bf3. I need help on getting a full list of everything i will need to run bf3 smoothly. My budget is around $600 please nothing over $700.

i have an asus g71gx laptop which cost me about 700USD used, and i can run it at 1440x900 with everything on ultra without AA or motion blur (i dont like motion blur anyways).
