Get the 500R. It is benchmarked to have better cooling.

You don't need that big PSU and I wouldn't worry about a sound card unless you are really into surround sound.

Try this:
PCPartPicker part list:
Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($349.99 @ Mwave)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.90 @ NCIX US)
Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($157.55 @ Newegg)
Corsair XMS3 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($87.99 @ NCIX US)
Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($122.00 @ B&H)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($89.95 @ Mwave)
EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card ($399.99 @ Newegg)
Corsair 500R Black ATX Mid Tower Case ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Corsair 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Asus BW-12B1ST/BLK/G/AS Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer ($74.98 @ Newegg)

Total: $1532.33
(Prices include shipping and discounts when available.)

Maybe move up to a 256gb SSD?

Not sure if you want to OC or SLI/CF in the future?
