Acer Aspire T135

Hi,

I am new to the forum's and am seeking knowledge in a few things about my computer.

I have an Acer Aspire T135 that is a little to ancient for my taste but i'm unfortunately unable to afford a good computer.

its running the sempron processor 3300+,I don't have a floppy unit in it,and it has windows xp sp3.

What i am wanting to know is how would i be able to update the bios correctly,( if i should ) what ram cards would be best,and video card should i use?
*Preff supporting pixel shader 2.0 so i can play better games

After looking through newegg and google-ing as much information i could handle before breaking down from information overload...i found this that semi resembles my specs if i am not mistaken but i am not sure if it is the best for this adm-pos.
