hello can this computer play hd 19200 x 1200 1080p??

For games? No. Maybe some odler titles on low settings. And get your info right, 1920x1200 is a resolution, so is 1080p. And they arent the same.

definately not if it doesnt even have a dedicated gpu

No the 560 or 560Ti are the entry level of gamingat 1080p with mid-high to high settings on most games medium on almost all games.

And 1080p = 1920x1080 So 1920x1200 actually takes a little more power from your video card.

If you are meaning HD movies then yes you would have no problems but as others have gaming no.
