Nokia HS-3W Bluetooth headset

Did your HS-3W come with a foam pad for the ear piece?

On Nokia's site they mention that the HS-3W does not come with an ear
pad because it will interfere with the magnetic clip on function. I
bought the N-Gauage version used, and there was an ear pad in the
package. I want to know if the original package came with the ear
pad.
