Ivy bridge i5 3570k Overclocked Temperatues

I am planning to build a new computer soon and I wanted to know what temperatures to expect from the CPU.

I am aiming to run a i5 3570K at 4.0ghz with a Hyper 212 EVO in Push/pull. This will all be on a gigabyte ga-z77-d3h motherboard. Also, I will have good airflow as i plan to use a Corsair Carbide 400r and attach two more 120mm intake fans (side) and two more 120mm exhaust fans (top). Ambient temperature is around 20 degrees celsius.

Any idea of how hot the CPU will run both idle and under load will be appreciated.

Depends on room temperature, fan models, fan speed profile in BIOS, luck of the draw with the CPU, case airflow setup and fans, etc.

So depending on the 100+ variables involved, you may get load temperatures anywhere from 50C to 70C.
