Its so hard to choose. i am going back and forth bettween the i7 3770k and the 2600k it will be my first build and i want everything to work flawlessly. the mobo i am unsure about i like asus mobo's but i've seen gigabyte and msi cheaper than the asus but i know its quality.
Can i see a list of builds for both cpu's it will be for gaming and video editing/streaming. i will be using cooler master storm scout for chassis.

i think either of those processors shall do that task very well, look for some reviews of the mobo"s you have in mind and compare the price, keep in mind your future needs for upgrades on the mobo you choose

Neither, you are better of with a 7850/7870.

However, if you are dead set on the 560 TI, take the one with 2GB ...

what about the 580 ti?

There's just a GTX 580, which is the fastest single GPU NVIDIA card of the previous generation.

Is there a reason why you want to get a last generation card? Both ATIs 7000 and NVIDIAs 600 series are faster, while using less power. They offer more bang for the buck, too.

Any reason why it has to be NVIDIA?

a good balanced system that's not to harsh on the money:

i5 3570k (or i7 3770k if you feel a need for HyperThreading ...)
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard (good quality, value and even looks nice)
8GB 1600 Mhz RAM
ATI 7870 or 7950 or NVIDIA 670 ... depends on your budget, what games you want to play and on what resolution.
