Hello, Im looking to build a decent gaming computer for World of Warcraft I am looking at the kit from tiger direct here's the link

I read that some of the Mother Boards and power supplies are not great. Is this true about this kit?
I have a decent computer now but just not for gaming I have the ATI Radeon 9600 series graphcis card a 550wat ps and a intel pentium 4 cpu 2.6ghz with 2 gb of ram and 500gb harddrive. If you need any more info about my current computer let me know and ill post it again.
Im also looking for any advice with building this will be my first time. My price is between 300-500. Thank you to everyone and anyone who can help me out.
