ok...I looked at prices from websites that delivered here but the cost of shipping was wayyyyy too high so I did it from prices here (in India.) All these prices are from flipkart.com

All these parts SHOULD be compatible, I would just check again with someone else though just to be 100% :)
Happy gaming!

This all adds upto 36393 so I would change the graphics card to a GTX 560Ti if you want.
The only thing I am a tad worried about is the PSU...not sure how good quality it is.

For the soundcard, I have pretty sick speakers myself and I don't really find the need for having a soundcard, if you want one you can add one instead of the GTX 560Ti though I couldn't find one on flipkart or naaptol.

So if you're happy with the above build, I would just repost it on a new thread here so ppl can check if its all compatible and stuff :)

Here's what I would say:

Intel DH67CL
Intel i5 2500/2400
G.Skill Sniper/RipJaws or Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 1333Mhz
ATi HD6850 1gb
SeaSonic S12II 520W
Lian Li PC K62

Should fit under 40k

As for the Mouse I would suggest the Logitech G300 or the Razer Death Adder 3500.

:)

Edit: You can get the i3 2120 & HD 6870 instead of the above. Your choice.
