6870 xfire low usage bf3

Ok, i have crossfire 6870s and a 960t unlocked to 6 cores and overclocked to 3.6ghz and while playing bf3 at high/ultra without msaa, im getting around 30 fps and jumps +/- 30 fps and ive tried drivers and am currently using 12.1a which seems to be the best but its still annoying. My gpu usage stays in the 50-60% range but ive seen it jump to 85% but it never stays and my cpu usage stays around 70-90% but it never really gets to 99% I have the same problem in crysis warhead except in warhead i get even less fps in the large areas. This is really annoying as i just bought this other card and it doesnt seem to do anything for performance

Well I am happy with HD6850 on 1680 x 1050 so no wonder your GPU's are not working harder! Maybe you are running into the micro stuttering issue! http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-geforce-stutter-crossfire,2995.html

but that doesnt explain the bad fps.

alright looks like bf3 runs fine on ultra without aa on so i'll probably just sell my other 6870 do you think anyone would buy it for $145?
