Hello, today I ordered myself a new PC (Components) and I just want to double check if everything is compatible and also a couple of questions.

1) Can I overclock the x4 965 BE with this motherboard?
2) I'm slightly worried about configuring the BIOS, i want to use my old harddrive and OS on that with everything else new, is it a smple case of chucking in the HDD and connecting it or do I have to configure anything in the BIOS?

Specs:

Case - CM Storm Enforcer
PSU - Coolermaster GX650w
Motherboard - Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
GPU - FXF 6950 1GB GDDR5
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz
HDD - WD Caviar 320GB (With Vista)

Thanks alot. Would love a fast reply!

Thanks allot, and I did think about the OS compatibility - for example DX11 isn't supported and neither is over 4GB of RAM. But thankyou for your replies. :)

OS has nothing about the compatibility with "DX" every OS support any dx version but the main component is GRAPHICS CARD if your card support dx10 then os will also support the same stuff. installing DX11 is useless when your card doesn't support dx11.
