Hello, I can run 7750/7770 on my mainboard with PCI-E 16x v1.0 version and nForce4 chipset, i know that i can have problem with my mainboard?

you will be ok, if i'm not mistaken it is soemething like PCI 8x 2.0 what gives you maximum 2% performance loss, so it will be nothing noticable you can go for it.

I'm worry about compatibility with my chiset nForce 4, but they have problem with PCI-E power.

PCIe above version 2.1 may create compatibility problems with PCIe version 1.0.

7750/7770 cards are PCIe of version 3.0. Therefore, before you buy one of them, please ask the retailer about your concerns on compatibility and returning the card if there is a problem.

You should also check if there is a BIOS or firmware update on M/B manufacturer's web site that may bring a solution to compatibility issues.
