I've already got a dvd writer for the build, still deciding on case but most likely going for a fractal design with soundproofing.

Probably would help if I said what I'd be using it for! Pretty much entirely Photoshop and Lightroom. No gaming , though may add a Nvidia MSI GTX-560 as it could be helpful for Photoshop.Change that psu to a better brand... Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Silverstone, Antec or Enermax.
