Hello guys, I am planning on over clocking and I need a after market NON liquid cooled CPU cooler, but I am not sure which one to get because I have a mid-tower case. Here are my specs.

ASUS P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix 4x4 GB RAM
XFX 7870 GPU
NZXT Phantom 410 Mid-tower Case
Antec HCG-750W PSU

I'm sure my HDD and CD-ROM matter so yeah I don't really care about the brand, but I am on a $60 budget. Thanks for your time! :)

*Edit* A Cooler Master 212+ would fit.

A 212+ or Evo would easily fit in the NZXT Phantom 410. They only need a case width of 7.29" (the 212 Evo, the tallest of the two, is 6.29" tall itself) and the Phantom 410 is 8.46" wide.

In fact, almost any aftermarket air cooler would fit in that case.

So will the Thermaltake Frio fit?

It's 6mm taller than the Evo, but yeah, it'll fit.

Thanks Bro! Good to know that my RAM and stuff won't get in the way so now I am not sketchy when buying my CPU cooler which I think Will be the Evo or Frio.

Those should fit over normal rams easily but do get low profile Rams when you can as there is no significant performance advantage to full height Rams and they only get in the way of other stuff(say if you want to get a bigger cooler in the future).

FRIO is better so get that

Frio is $30 more than Evo and offer no substantial improvement in either noise or cooling. If the OP want to go top end get a D14, the mid range cooler line is full of meh except maybe TPC 812:
