Upgrade advice, HELP!

I'm looking to upgrade my current card(ati radeon 4890 1gb). My budget is 400$, I can sell my 4890 for 50 more probably.My current setup is a AMD 955 Be @3.6GHz, 8 GB DDR3 1600 ram, 1000w Corsair HK (CMPSU-1000HX) series PSU. Looking to get decent fps on high settings in games like crysis 2 and BE3. If you have any other suggestions please , or need any more info let me know. Thanks!

Forgot to say my Mobo is a m4a79t deluxe.

I would get a 7870. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102983 . Unless you get a i5-2500k and a new motherboard don't see any point in upgrading those yet. You could also get a 7850 now and buy an ivy bridge cpu in two months.
