I'm already aware that the Mobo might need a bios update to run the FX CPU, but other than that I just want to make sure everything should work before I purchase the rest. Please post any suggestions for me or other produces that I should consider. I am on a budget so keep that in mind. Planning on using the PC as a gaming/media computer to hook up to my TV.
Thanks guys!

Everything looks good :)

Though I've heard certain Rosewill PSU's to be a hit or miss, so I would recommend something like Corsair, Seasonic, or Antec.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182131 - This PSU is currently $59 with the 15% discount. The Hive series from what I understand, is very reputable. The one you listed will work, but I wouldn't trust my life with it

Good luck and have fun!
