Hello,

I have Dlink N300 router and also WRT54G2 router now with DD-WRT firmware, configured as a repeater.

I have a PPPoE connection through Dlink router and want to extend signals farther, hence want to use Linksys (WRT54g2) as a repeater.

I have set up the linksys as repeater but dont know how to check if its communicating with my Dlink and also I not able to get internet connection from the repeater. What am i doing wrong.

Can someone guide me step by step on this?

linksys connecting dlink wirelessly.

Since my linksys is set as a repeater, i have two WLAN connections show...1 is X (Dlink 192.168.1.1) and another X_Repeater (192.168.2.1, running on DD-wrt). If i am connected to X and i power on the X_repeater, the internet connection does not work.

I want to use the linksys to extend the singals and also to use internet. Internet on PPPoE mode.
