Budget Gaming Build

I was wondering if the motherboard would support the graphics card.
Since the motherboard doesn't have PCI Express 2.0 and the bus standard for the 9800GT
is PCI Express 2.0.

The motherboard has PCI Express x16 though.

I don't really know as I'm still new to PC building.
Any help or suggestions about the build would also be appreciated!

Those 2.0 video cards will normally work with 1.0 pci-e boards if your power supply is adequate and has the required connectors. Never heard of your ps; I recommend this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157313. Ocz is a pain with rebates, so keep all your receipts; test the ps first as you are required to send in the barcode off the package, so you won't be able to exchange or return it. I got my rebate after an extra phone call to ocz; they have an toll free number. If you don't want the ocz, checkout either antec or corsair.

9800 gt will run on PCIe 1.0 guaranteed . But u should get a better PSU - Coolermaster,corsair,etc

because u know what I have pretty much the same config that i built around 4-5yrs ago.
Intel DG965RY mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo E6420
9800gt 1gb
3GB RAM

I'm gonna upgrade this now
