CPU Fan Delay

Hello,

I7 3770
Asus P8b75-V
with no graphic card and 4*4 gb Ram.
When I turn on the system,
For the first few seconds of CPU fan is off.
After a high-speed start-up
Then after a few seconds the CPU fan speed is normal
Is this normal or a problem?

Normal, I have an ASUS board that does the exact same thing.

Yeah, my 212+ fan does the same thing. It only spins faster if it needs to.
