970 asrock motherboard beeps on new system and I cant get any where with it

husband is building 2 new systems with a asrock 970 extreme3 motherboard...all we get are 5 beeps and it goes no where... is there a recall on this board... are we doing something wrong..i am not the techy so make it simple

I ordered 2 (AMD FX6100 - Six - Core (6 x 3.3GHz - 14MB Cache) with ASRock 970 Extreme3, both have the same issue 5 beeps then nothing!!
