GT 440 vs GT550ti

Hi i don`t know what to buy two Palit GT440 DDR5 or one GT550Ti..

My specs are:

Processor: AMD Athalon 64 6400+
Motherboard: MS 7250-K9N SLI
RAM: 8 GB DDR2 800 mhz
PSU: OCZ Gaming series 700W

Well the GTX550ti is faster than the GT440.But I wouldn't suggest going any higher than the GTX550ti or else you'll run into a bottleneck problem from your CPU.
