New build, will it work?

This is my first time building a computer. I think I've got it all figured out but I probably have no clue. Will these work together and have I picked the right stuff. The plan for the computer is mostly audio production related and a little gaming. Plan to run Windows 7 OS.

Not a bad little build, I have essentially the same system. I'm pretty happy with it. Although there are stronger video cards than the 550 TI in the same ballpark price range (something I didn't realize at the time)
