Can't Control my Fan Speeds

Hello! I recently bought a new fan for the side panel. So far, I got one for blowing air out of the top back and power. Then one in front blowing it in. My motherboard is the P6H67 micro. I attached my new side fan to the last 3 pin fan slot on the motherboard, but it seems to be spinning at full speed making a huge racket. I've been searching for a while now for a good software to control this fan speed but every software I use can't seem to find this fan even though it is attached to the motherboard. I've also tried the bios and same issue. Could anyone plz plz help?
