Alternate for Motherboard Screws ?

Hello, is there any alternate for motherboard screws ?
1. I do not want to use normal screw.
2. For using normal screw, chassis must have such provion / stud to be used..
3. i want different from others like..
a) Press to lock.
b) Pull the to remove
Since i want to replace the motherboard in manufacturing line incase of any failure

There may be some push pins.
I saw some an old PC using those instead of screws.

You are saying that as if cases with stud mounts was difficult even though this is the vast majority of cases out there. Finding a case that uses something else will severely restrict your choices unless you find push-pin studs to put on standard motherboard trays.
