Realtek Onboard Sound - No front panel sound

Having some issues with my front panel not giving any sound with my headphones, i have tried updating RealTek Audio Manager, i can't disable panel detection as i don't have a folder to click on in the GUI

Verify that your front panel connector is actually connected to your motherboard FP header. Also, check in your BIOS that the FP header is enabled (some systems allow you to enable/disable separately from enabling/disabling the on-board audio/sound adapter).
