ASUS HD 6950 video Card still does not recognise by both ASROCK and GIGABYTE motherboard. Card was sent back to both Dealer and Distributor. Both returned back with NO Fault.

However when connected to both HDMI port on both motherboards, there is display but not on the card.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The last time I had a motherboard with onboard video(long time ago!), I recall having to disable the onboard video in the BIOS before the installed video card would function. Unless things have changed with how these work in the last 8 years or so, you probably need to disable the on board video.
