So I recently purchased a ASUS Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 and I'm wondering if I should get a new CPU as well. My current in use is an AMD Athlon II X2 220 (2.8GHz), is it a perfect match with the Radeon HD 6670? If not, what would you recommend?

Your CPU will keep up with the 6670 fine. The 6670 is not a particularly fast video card, but it will run any game provided you don't crank the graphics settings too high. In short, you don't need a new CPU to get the most out of your video card.

^ agree'd the only other option to get a cpu and video upgrade would be to run a amd a8 cpu with the 6670 go get hybrod crossfire and get better gpu performance.
