Build a Gaming PC with $500-$750 Budget?

I'm wondering if anyone can find the best gaming computer specs of all the essentials to make a gaming pc. Cheap/good case, motherboard, cpu, ram, graphics card and such that are all compatible and it needs to have windows 7. I don't know much about pc specs and what's compatible. So could anyone please help educate me or show me a good pc build? Budget is hopefully under $500 but I'm willing to go to $750 but nothing over.
