Please critique my HTPC build

I need to run HD movies and surf the web. No gaming. This is what I have in mind:

AMD A6-3500
Asrock A75M-HVS
Kingston 1X4GB 1333Mhz DDR3

I have 3TB of external HDDs (WD My Books), and I'll probably get a Blu-Ray drive.

Questions:

1. If you think I should change any of the above please let me know.

2. Should I get an SSD HDD? will that give me noticeable improvements when running media apps, or is it overkill?

3. Which case + PSU should I get? I was looking at Antec NSK1480 350W.

You mean I won't see noticeable speed improvements given the CPU/Mobo/RAM? should I choose a better spec?

Intel is just known for better quality plus the Pentium G850 came out with the Sandy Bridge Series, which was only last year and isn't outdated yet.
