Is this psu good for my build?

I5 2500k
Gigabyte 7870 2 GB
Seagate barracuda 1 tb.
8gb Ram 1600 MHz.
Also a CPU cooler ( cooler master hyper 212), a rosqwill wireless adaptor, and I believe minor led lights.
planning on overclocking and adding ssd and all that in the future.

The OCZ ModXstream are a decent series of PSUs that are usually found at great price/performance ratios. The ModXstream 600W is sufficient, but I'd lean towards the Seasonic S12II-520 or the XFX Core 550W. S12II-520: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
