Hello,

Whenever I turn on my new pc, I get an error when I get to the login.
I get the error: System service exception (AODDriver2.sys)

I'm using the windows 8 consumer preview,
An old hdd that had the consumer preview and belong to a different pc with different parts besides the gpu.

What should I do?

It's not advisable to move an OS into a new hardware environment and you'll need to install a fresh copy of Windows.
Personally, I'd also stick with Win7 for now.

drive was connected to an amd mb. you just need to go in and uninstall any of the old amd software.

Indeed, the old drivers clearly aren't playing nice with your hardware.
