Hopefully this is the first of many such decisions that will get rid of that law.

Are YOU criticizing someone else's typing skills? Man, if you think a typo is that big of a deal, I can't imagine how you feel about your own posts... :P

Actually that's what's good about America, our judicial system. The judge was a Clinton appointee, there's your reason he interpreted law the way he did. The Supreme Court will set him straight when it gets there. The lower courts are saturated with liberals. I wouldn't expect to get any other ruling from them. The Supreme Court is another matter.

The liberals that are on the Supreme Court are aging & past retirement. The congress is holding up Bush's appointments because the Dem.'s want to keep power anyway they can. So they will have to go or die in office because they can't out last Bush's second term. Along with the seats they are going to loose in the next election, Bush will change the make up of the court & none to soon.

No, your just seeing how robust & living our system of checks & balances works. Your just looking from the outside in, not the other way around IMO

Dazzle them with Brilliance, or Baffle them with BS!

That statement is the biggest crock of sh!t and you know it. It's sad that you just post that for the sole purpose to appear better, when you know it is not true. I will go find several grammatical errors of yours, which won't be too difficult, and let's see if you can even find as many errors in my posts.
